After purchasing the fix and flip, the homeowner knew he needed to correct some missteps of the flipper, so he hired AWID to design a dining room and master bathroom that expressed his personal style. The live-edge dining table, designed by AWID and created using local Colorado artisans. The table combined with the unique laser cut window treatments, orange wishbone chairs and trio of pendants created a one-of-a-kind space that was featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles. The moody and masculine master bath with matte black hand made tile, custom floating vanity and nickel fixtures made a smaller master bath feel luxurious.
